Senior Civil Engineer & Infrastructure Leader
Gazmend Dumani is a senior civil engineer with one of the world’s largest engineering and construction firms, recognized for leading some of the most complex and impactful infrastructure projects in the U.S. He played a pivotal role in the NY 878 Nassau Expressway Operational and Resiliency Improvements, a project that earned the ASCE 2020 Project of the Year Highways Award for its innovation in flood resilience.
His portfolio includes the Teterboro Airport Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), inaugurated by the FAA in 2024, and ongoing leadership in the $19 billion redevelopment of John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) helping position JFK as a premier global hub. Gazmend brings unmatched technical expertise in infrastructure, design, and sustainable development to AAIG’s vision.

Construction Specialist & Strategic Investor
Hakim Budzaku combines years of hands-on construction and roofing industry experience with a sharp eye for investment opportunities. His career began in building and construction, where he developed a ground-up understanding of project execution and financial potential. Beyond construction, Hakim has played active roles in nonprofit leadership, expanding professional and community networks that inform AAIG’s people-first philosophy.
Known for identifying ventures with both strong fundamentals and growth potential, Hakim bridges practical industry knowledge with strategic investment insight, ensuring AAIG’s projects are both sustainable and profitable.

Ervin Toro brings deep expertise in residential, commercial, and mixed-use investments across the U.S. and the Balkans. Beginning his real estate career in 2017, he advanced from brokerage into investment and advisory work, adding more than 17 years of global mobility leadership in relocation, taxation, and compliance across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
As an entrepreneur, Ervin founded Shq1pe Co. and Molla Entertainment, and as co-founder of Albanian Roots, he has championed cultural and philanthropic initiatives for the Albanian diaspora. At AAIG, Ervin merges real estate strategy, international business expertise, and community leadership to drive globally informed, locally impactful investments.
